Each color is separately made. Artisan crafted at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage Italian equipment with brass dies and slowly air dried. Provides protein and folate B9. A pantry staple, this shape holds a lot of sauce and is fork friendly. They're great in salads, soups, and casseroles.
