SIETE: Mexican Wedding Cookies, 4.5 oz

We have many memories of cooking hundreds—hundreds!—of these in the kitchen with our Grandma Campos before each of our siblings’ weddings. Later, after embarking on our journey to health, these were one of the first sweets we recreated in a grain free and dairy free version, so we could continue to make—and bake—the beautiful memories that accompany these delicious cookies. Our Abuela Approved Grain Free Mexican Wedding Cookies are made from a blend of almond flour, pecans, powdered sugar, and cinnamon for all to enjoy. Sounds pretty dreamy, right? (OOP!
