MIKE'S ORIGINAL is the sauce we use daily in our restaurant, with a nod to all of the barbecue regions -- it contains ketchup, vinegar, and mustard, and it's a savory sauce, not sweet. LITTLE KICK is our original recipe with a bit of extra cayenne to give it a little kick.
