Our three main ingredients, organic brown rice, quinoa, and amaranth are all good sources of protein. Turmeric (also known as Curcumin) has been an important ingredient in East-Indian cooking for the past 4,000 years. It is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
