Ever since some lucky lady tasted sesame butter well over 7 centuries ago, tahini has been an essential ingredient all over the planet. Our recipe is a creamy blend of tahini and Extra Virgin olive oil, with hints of roasted garlic & sumac. We also added turmeric, the anti-inflammatory wunderkind, which gives our sauce it’s gorgeous golden hue.
