KA ME: Rice Sticks Noodle, 8 oz
Made of rice, these thin noodles are called Maifun in Chinese. Often used in soups, stir-fry or salads, they should be soaked in hot water before using, then boiled for a minute and drained. Heat up cooking oil in wok, add cut up vegetables and leftover chicken, rice sticks and soy sauce and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
