Kelapo Ghee with Himalayan Pink Salt tastes like butter because it's made from real butter with a hint of salt. Through the clarification process, water and milk solids are removed leaving a rich, spreadable, and golden butter that is lactose and casein free! Use it in the same way you would use traditional butter (cooking, baking, sautéing). Himalayan Pink Salt may settle, and stir before use. No refrigeration is required - may liquefy at room temperature.
