Our specialty whole-grain Red Rice is grown, harvested, and milled right here on our farm. Its rich color comes from a natural plant compound and antioxidant called proanthocyanidin, which is also found in dark chocolate, and it contains more antioxidants than a typical whole-grain brown rice.
