A spectacular infusion of spicy chilies with pure San Diego Wildflower Honey. This unique honey has just the right amount of heat. This is our spicy creeper honey, it starts out sweet then finishes with a very spicy kick. This honey pairs wonderfully with cheese and nuts for dipping, and as a marinade or condiment for grilled meats, fish, or veggies. Did someone say margaritas?! Although this is infused, we have managed to keep the honey in its raw state with the vitamins, minerals and enzymes in tact. Raw honey never goes bad, however it will naturally harden and crystallize over time. This is a natural process that can easily be reversed to its liquid state. Simply place on your stove in a pot of warm water on the lowest possible heat setting until the crystals dissolve. Raw honey is not recommended for pregnant women or infants under one year of age.
