Riced cauliflower mixed with peas, corn and red bell pepper tossed in a sesame ginger sauce. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick skillet or wok on medium heat. Add frozen contents of the bag. Cook 6-7 minutes or until desired doneness. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
