Cold–pressed, unrefined oil from cacao beans. Comes in 8 oz poured block. This Fairtrade cacao butter is perfect for making chocolate or baking. This cacao butter is highly stable and it remains raw as throughout its production. For best culinary results melt the cacao butter in a double boiler and remove from heat promptly. Often used to promote healthy skin, and will melt at skin temperature.
